Payment
Payment is to be made during check-in, with the Lao currency (LAK) being the preferred currency. USD and THB are also accepted.
Please note that the exchange rate will be slightly higher than the market.
Reservation cancellation
In case of an online payment there is:
- No refund for cancellation on the arrival date
- 50% refund for cancellation within 24 hours of the arrival date
- 100% refund for cancellation 2 days before the arrival date.
Deposit
There is a compulsory 70,000 LAK damage deposit for the key card and towel. The deposit will be returned back to you at check-out. In case of key card or towel loss, there will be no return on the deposit money. If the deposit is non-cash, the hostel will charge 70,000 kip.
Check-in & check-out time
- Check-in shall occur after 14:00.
- Check-out shall occur before 11:00.
